  • ANY PHONE RECORDS, OR OTHER RECORDS, INCLUDING PHONE MESSAGES, EMAILS, OTHER CORRESPONDENCE OR OTHER PHYSICAL DOCUMENTS THAT WOULD PROVIDE PROOF OF THE CREDITOR OR OTHER PARTY‚ÄôS ACTIONS IN VIOLATION OF THE AUTOMATIC STAY PROVISION AS CONTAINED IN THE BANKRUPTCY CODE.
